Scheduling
an Appointment
Whether
you are scheduling for one appointment, several services, or a day
at the Spa; please have your personal schedule available so the
Spa Coordinator can schedule the appointments on a day and time
that is convenient for you. Due to the length of Image by Design's
special packages, advance booking is  important,
especially with large groups. Please notify the Spa Coordinator
if you happen to be on a time schedule so they may ensure a timely
departure.
Cancellation
Policy
Image
by Design requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation for all single
services.For multiple services or spa packages, a 72 hour notice
of cancellation is required. All multiple services and packages
scheduled are reserved with a client credit card number. A full
charge of all services scheduled will be made on the card in the
absence of a 72 hour notice of cancellation. An attemt will be made
to confirm All appointments two days in advance. It is the clients
responsibility to keep their appointment.
Arrival
to the Spa
Please
arrive for your appointments at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled
starting time. This allows you the time to fill out appropriate
client forms, change, and prepare for the first service. If you
feel you will need more time please arrive earlier than the allotted
time of 15 min. All services offered have a specific time schedule
and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened
in order to keep on schedule.
Image by Design
is happy to offer the Hydrotherapy Bed to you when available, before
all Spa Package treatments, but ask that you complete your session
and rest a few minutes before your scheduled appointments. We suggest
arriving 30 minutes prior to your appointments to ensure time for
you to enjoy the facility.
Personal
Comfort
Your
comfort is important; Please feel free to bring a swimsuit or wear
undergarments for our varied spa and hydrotherapy services. We provide
plush robes and wraps for all spa clients for the duration of their
service(s). Lockers are also provided for storage of your personal
items. Please leave all valuable items at home. Image by Design
will not be responsible for lost or stolen valuables. It is suggested
not to shave before any exfoliation treatments due to stinging that
may occur. We would like each client to have full enjoyment of all
the services without discomfort.

Image
by Design's Holistic Wellness team of professionals are here to
make sure every client is comfortable and receives the utmost in
spa and salon services.
Gratuities
Gratuity
is solely up to the client's discretion. All gratuities are made
through the Spa Coordinator. He or she will ensure that the proper
amount is received by the service provider(s) that served you. You
may add any amount at the time of check out in cash, check
or charge.
Unique
Services
Please
ask the Spa Coordinator if there is anything you need to know or
prepare for before your scheduled spa service(s). Please read the
service descriptions carefully for added information.
Health
Issues
We
ask that you advise us of any illness, injury or change in your
health status; prior to any treatments; to ensure optimal programming
of your needs; This will ensure treatments do not, in any
way, interfere with any medical issues you may have. Please include
this information on the client information form. We at Image by
Design Holistic Wellness Spa are greatly concerned for the well
being of our clients.
Children
at the Spa
As
we have spa treatments ongoing,We ask that no children under the
age of 16 be in the facility without an appointment for service
and accompanied by an adult. Even children with an appointment must
sit very quietly while waiting for their appointment.No other guest
is allowed in the treatment room except the guest receiving the
treatment.You will need to reschedule if this is not possible.
